Critical Elements Announces The Results From the Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MONTRÉAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / June 17, 2024 / Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (TSX.V:CRE)(US OTCQX:CRECF)(FSE:F12) has announced the outcomes of its Annual shareholders meeting held on June 17, 2024. All proposed resolutions were approved by the shareholders.

The elected board members are Jean-Sébastien Lavallée, Steffen Haber, Eric Zaunscherb, Marc Simpson, Matthew Lauriston Starnes, Marcus Brune, Ani Markova, Maysa Habelrih, and Vanessa Laplante. KPMG LLP has been appointed as auditors, and the Corporation's equity incentive compensation plan was adopted.

A total of 56,999,688 common shares, representing 26.17% of the Corporation's outstanding shares, were voted in person and by proxy.

Detailed voting results for the election of directors are as follows: Jean-Sébastien Lavallée received 99.25% votes in favor, Steffen Haber 99.25%, Eric Zaunscherb 92.39%, and Marc Simpson 99.23%. Others like Matthew Lauriston Starnes, Marcus Brune, Ani Markova, Maysa Habelrih, and Vanessa Laplante also received substantial support.
