Death of Marc Simpson, director of Critical Elements Lithium Corp.
Critical Elements Lithium Corp. sadly announces the passing of Marc Simpson, a company director since 2013. Marc Simpson passed away after a brief illness. A geology graduate from the University of Manitoba, he had a distinguished career as a geologist and business executive. He was also a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and Manitoba.
The company extends its sincere condolences to his family and colleagues. Jean-Sébastien Lavallée, CEO, praised Marc's wisdom and generosity, noting that he leaves a profound void within the organization.
