Crossing and regulating thresholds by Valéry Le Helloco

On March 3, 2025, Valéry Le Helloco, through his companies, crossed the threshold of 30% of voting rights in the company Électricité et Eaux de Madagascar, holding 1,626,962 shares, or 28.35% of the capital and 30.23% of the voting rights. This crossing is due to a decrease in the total number of voting rights available.
On March 4, 2025, Helloco regularized its position by falling below this threshold following a conversion of bearer shares. It thus holds 28.72% of the voting rights.
Acting individually, he stated that he has not acquired any new securities or control, and that no specific strategy or transaction is currently planned for the company. No appointment of directors is planned.
