Crossing of thresholds by Amundi in the capital of VEOLIA
The company Amundi has crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT. By letter received on May 30, 2024, the company declared that it held, on behalf of funds under management, 36,989,605 VEOLIA shares, representing 5.09% of the capital and voting rights.
The distribution is done in particular through Amundi Asset Management with 3.35% and other entities such as Amundi Ireland Limited and CPR AM. This crossing is due to an acquisition of shares on the market.
This operation reflects the growing involvement of Amundi, a limited company majority owned by the Crédit Agricole group, in VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT.
