Crossing of thresholds by the company ENTREPRENDRE
The company Groupe Entreprendre SAS announced that it had crossed, upwards, the thresholds of 50% of the capital and voting rights of the company ENTREPRENDRE. This information was confirmed by letter received on May 16, 2024, specifying that this crossing took place on May 6, 2024.
As of this date, Groupe Entreprendre holds 524,073 ENTREPRENDRE shares, representing 85.38% of the capital and 75.68% of the voting rights. The acquisition of this majority block of shares was made from Mr. Robert Lafont.
Groupe Entreprendre SAS, a simplified joint stock company, is 100% owned by the company DANAE Group, itself indirectly controlled by Mrs. Emeline Santerre. This operation marks a significant turning point in the capital structure of ENTREPRENDRE.
