Crossing threshold for INVENTIVA
On May 24, 2024, the company INVENTIVA (listed on Euronext Paris) announced a threshold crossing declared by UBS Group AG. The Swiss company informed that it had indirectly crossed the threshold of 5% of INVENTIVA's capital on May 17, 2024.
This movement results from a sale of INVENTIVA shares carried out off-market. Consequently, the trading exemption provided for in article 223-13 I, 2° of the general regulations applies. UBS Group AG no longer holds any INVENTIVA shares under the usual provisions.
