Crossing thresholds at Clariane SE
On May 27, 2024, the Canadian Public Sector Pension Investment Board informed Clariane SE of the decrease in its stake in the company's capital. This threshold was crossed on May 21, 2024, bringing the Office's participation below 5% of the capital and voting rights of Clariane SE.
