Crossing thresholds at Lexibook

On July 16, 2024, the Financial Markets Authority received several declarations of threshold crossings concerning the company Lexibook, made by the Le Cottier family group.

On August 3, 2015, a capital increase led the Le Cottier family group to fall below the threshold of 50% of the capital of Lexibook, then holding 42.25% of the capital and 61.84% of the voting rights.

On May 26, 2016, a new capital increase brought the Le Cottier family group over the threshold of 50% of voting rights, bringing them to 48.51% of voting rights.

On November 30, 2017, another capital increase reduced the ownership of the Le Cottier family group to 31.59% of the capital and 47.31% of the voting rights.

As of July 16, 2024, the Le Cottier family group holds 31.75% of the capital and 47.46% of the voting rights of Lexibook.
