Crossing thresholds: Goldman Sachs reduces its stake in ALSTOM
On June 3, 2024, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., a Delaware company, fell below the thresholds of 5% of ALSTOM's capital and voting rights. Through this sale, the company now holds 2,654,308 shares, or 0.69% of the capital, distributed among several of its entities.
This decrease results from an off-market sale, and the trading exemption applies to the registrant. In addition, Goldman Sachs International also crossed the same thresholds individually.
By adding shares held through assimilation and derivative contracts, Goldman Sachs indirectly controls an additional 1,552,451 shares, including call warrant and swap contracts.
