Crossject: Update on voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2024

Crossject, a company specializing in medications for emergency situations, has announced the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The company thus has 45,539,227 shares, representing 55,492,332 theoretical voting rights. Of these, 55,352,017 constitute exercisable voting rights.
In comparison, Crossject had 41,281,094 shares at the end of November 2024. The number of exercisable voting rights is calculated excluding shares deprived of voting rights. Thus, 87,789 shares held by the company itself and 52,526 shares under the liquidity contract are exempt from voting rights, totaling 140,315 shares concerned.
