CROSSWOOD 2024 Half-Year Results

Paris, September 30, 2024 - The Board of Directors of CROSSWOOD has approved the half-yearly accounts as of June 30, 2024. The Half-Yearly Financial Report is available on the company's website.

As of June 30, 2024, CROSSWOOD's total assets are valued at €100.4 million, up €2.6 million since the beginning of the year, mainly thanks to the stake in SCBSM, valued at €87.9 million. Real estate assets remain stable at €12.5 million. The liquidation NAV stands at €7.66 per share.

The half-year net result for 2024 shows a profit of €2.2 million, compared to a loss of €1.1 million in 2023. This improvement comes mainly from the positive contribution of SCBSM, which amounts to €2.6 million.

Net financial debt is reduced to €2.1 million, with an LTV ratio of 1.90%. The average maturity of the debt is 3.5 years and the average rate remains at 1.73%.

CROSSWOOD will continue to manage and optimize its real estate portfolio while enhancing the value of its stake in SCBSM.
