Cultural Harmony Celebrated at Sino-French Gourmet Carnival

In a delightful fusion of cultures, the Wuzhishan City Li & Miao Children's Choir performed enchantingly at the Sino-French Gourmet Carnival in Paris. On May 4th, as part of the Chinese-French Cultural Exchange, the choir from Hainan Province delivered the song "Wuzhishan resounds through France" in a bilingual rendition that gracefully depicted the shared heritage and ongoing cultural dialogue between the two nations.

The performance, marked by the children's pure voices and vivid expressions, captivated the French audience along the scenic Seine River. Composed by Liu Min and inspired by the French tune "Si j'allais en Chine", the song embodies the deepening cultural integration and friendship between China and France, magnifying a mutual appreciation for both nations' unique offerings during this commemorative event of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

Prominent attendees including Lyazid Benhami of the Paris Association of French-Chinese Friendship and commercial director Victoria Bocquillon, expressed profound admiration for the cultural presentation and the heartfelt involvement of the young performers, highlighting the event's role in promoting Sino-French unity through the eyes of the newer generations.
