Curatis Holding AG Announces FY2023 Annual Report and New CFO Appointment

Curatis Holding AG, formerly known as Kinarus Therapeutics Holding AG, has released its Annual Report for the financial year 2023. The audited consolidated and statutory financial statements for FY2023 were previously published on April 17, 2024. Despite facing bankruptcy in October 2023, the company’s bankruptcy was revoked in February 2024. This paved the way for a business combination with Curatis AG, completed in April 2024. The 2023 Annual Report does not fully reflect the current state post-combination.

Additionally, Curatis Holding AG has appointed Patrick Ramsauer as its new Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Ramsauer brings a wealth of experience in finance, having held roles at UBS AG, RBR Capital, Palantir, and as CFO of a data integration company. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Zurich and is a Partner at Yuma Capital.
