Cureus GmbH Marks Four Years with Continued Expansion

Cureus GmbH, a Hamburg-based property company, announced significant growth in its care home portfolio during the third quarter of 2024. The company started construction on 153 care places and completed 118 more. Their strategy of partnering with various operators as long-term tenants has contributed to their sustained success.

In Q3 2024, Cureus completed 839 units for care and assisted living while starting 761 new units. Since its inception in summer 2020, the company has completed around 4,230 care places and 640 units for serviced living. These achievements are attributed to their robust team and efficient system approach.

IZ Research recently recognized Cureus as one of Germany's leading developers in the niche segment of care properties. Cureus expanded sales efforts through PECURIA – Green Care Invest, selling properties as individual care flats. The company remains active in acquiring land for new projects, focusing on North Rhine-Westphalia and other key regions.
