Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Interim Dividend
Custodian Property Income REIT plc (LSE: CREI) has declared its first quarterly interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. The dividend amounts to 1.5 pence per share and will be paid on 30 August 2024.
The company, known for investing in a diversified portfolio of smaller, regional properties across the UK, confirmed that this dividend will be designated as a property income distribution (PID). Shareholders registered by 12 July 2024 will be eligible for the payment.
