Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc has completed a share buyback transaction. On 7 November 2025, the company purchased 54,141 ordinary shares at a price of 80.1 pence each, totaling £43,356. These shares will be held in treasury. This action is part of the share buyback programme initiated on 17 July 2025, managed by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.

To date, Custodian Property Income REIT has repurchased 3,592,237 shares for an aggregate amount of £2.8 million. The average cost per share stands at 78.1 pence, reflecting an 18.9% discount to the dividend-adjusted net asset value per share.

Following the recent transaction, the company holds 3,592,237 shares in treasury, with 461,410,905 shares in issue excluding treasury shares.
