Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Total Voting Rights

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, a UK-based real estate investment trust, has shared details on its total voting rights following share buybacks in August 2025. The company, which focuses on smaller regional properties, reports a total of 461,568,741 shares in issue as of 31 August 2025.

This figure includes shares with voting rights, while an additional 2,210,000 shares are held in treasury, bringing the total share capital to 463,778,741. The 461,568,741 shares figure serves as the benchmark for shareholders to determine notification requirements under the FCA's rules.

The REIT targets institutional tenants across the UK to provide strong income returns and potential capital growth. Since listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2014, Custodian REIT offers investors access to a diversified UK real estate portfolio.
