Custodian Property Income REIT Commences Share Buyback
Custodian Property Income REIT plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has initiated a share buyback program. On August 1, 2025, the company acquired 110,000 ordinary shares at 79.4 pence each, totaling £87,304.03, excluding costs. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total to 410,000 treasury shares. The buyback follows the programme announced on July 17, 2025, executed by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.
Custodian aims to provide a strong income return by investing in smaller regional properties across the UK. The current issue of ordinary shares stands at 463,368,741, excluding treasury shares, as per the latest transaction.
This initiative aligns with Custodian's strategy to enhance shareholder value and optimize capital management.
