Custodian Property Income REIT plc has announced a purchase of 100,016 ordinary shares at 78.0 pence each, totaling £78,000. These shares will be held in treasury as part of an ongoing buyback program initiated on 17 July 2025, managed by Deutsche Bank AG. The program operates during closed periods and aims to optimize the company's capital structure.
Since the start of the buyback initiative, the company has bought back 4,673,777 shares, totaling £3.7 million spent, with an average purchase price of 78.5 pence per share. This represents an 18.0% discount to the dividend-adjusted net asset value.
