CYBERGUN confirms the sale of its Civil division to become a pure player in Defense
On September 10, 2024, CYBERGUN announced the sale of its Civil division to EVIKE. This asset, generating €21.3 million in revenue in 2023, includes inventories and intellectual property rights. This decision is part of the company's recent strategic repositioning.
The overall transaction could reach up to 9.3 million euros, including 2.8 million paid in 2024 and 4.1 million in 2025. CYBERGUN is currently retaining its stake in the evike-europe.com website and its stores, for which discussions are underway.
By refocusing its activities on the Military sector, the group hopes to generate profitable growth. Non-current expenses and a depreciation of 5 million euros are expected in this context. CYBERGUN will communicate shortly on the use of the funds resulting from this structuring operation.
