CYBERGUN becomes CALIBRE and resumes listing
CYBERGUN is changing its name to CALIBRE and is announcing the resumption of trading in its shares. The name change, approved at the last General Meeting, marks a significant transformation for the company to strengthen its position in the shooting industry.
The share's ISIN code remains the same, but the mnemonic code changes from ALCYB to ALIBR, effective August 4, 2025, on Euronext Growth in Paris. Trading of the shares will resume on August 1, 2025, when the markets open.
CALIBRE, a qualified “Innovative Company”, continues to warn of the risk of capital loss for its shareholders due to the circulation of share subscription warrants.
