CYBERGUN receives a third letter of intent for the acquisition of its civil division
On June 20, 2024, CYBERGUN, a global player in recreational shooting, announced that it had received a third letter of intent for the acquisition of its Civil division, which generated a turnover of 23.5 million euros in 2023. This new letter is in addition to those received on April 23 and May 21, 2024.
This offer comes from a player in the sector seeking to consolidate its market share. Although attractive, it does not exceed 10 million euros, unlike the first two offers.
CYBERGUN plans to unveil the successful offer and enter into exclusivity by mid-June, with the aim of concluding an agreement before the end of the first half of 2024. The proposed sale will be submitted to the staff representative bodies before finalization.
The funds obtained from this sale will support the development of the Military center. CYBERGUN will ensure continuous communication on developments in this process.
