Major Holding Change in Dalata Hotel Group

Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced a significant acquisition of voting rights by Eiendomsspar AS, as per the notification dated 24 July 2025. This acquisition has crossed the threshold of 27% on 23 July 2025, with the new total position standing at 27.33% of voting rights. The prior position was significantly lower at 9.81%.

The acquisition was facilitated through two entities, Pandox Ireland Tuck Limited and Pandox Ireland Designated Activity Company. The details indicate that Pandox Ireland Tuck Limited holds 17.52% while Pandox Ireland Designated Activity Company holds 1.05% of the voting rights. Christian Ringnes and a chain of controlled undertakings also play a role in this acquisition.
