Qube Research & Technologies, headquartered in London, now holds 1.92% of voting rights through financial instruments after crossing the 3% threshold. The change reflects a reduction from their previous position of 3.01%. The total number of Dalata's voting rights stands at 211,483,988.

This adjustment involves a swap with cash settlement, amounting to 4,073,675 voting rights, equivalent to 1.92%. Notably, Qube operates independently, without control from any individual or entity, emphasizing autonomous decision-making in their investments.
