The notification, following the standard form TR-1, was submitted to both Dalata and the Central Bank of Ireland on October 18, 2024. FMR LLC controls this shareholding through a chain of undertakings, including Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, which holds 5.65% of the voting rights.

This acquisition reflects an adjustment in Dalata's ownership, with no changes reported in financial instruments currently impacting the company's voting rights. The total number of voting rights in Dalata amounts to 216,806,516 shares.
