Damartex announces changes in its governance
Damartex unveils the arrival of Nicolas Marchand as its new Chairman of the Board. Patrick Seghin, who has been at the helm of the company for 16 years, plans to step down from his executive duties, while ensuring a transition until March 31, 2025.
Nicolas Marchand, who will take up his duties on February 17, 2025, brings a wealth of experience acquired at McKinsey, BNP Paribas Fortis, VOO and Trafic, where he participated in the strategic transformation of the non-food distributor. Jean Guillaume Despature, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, welcomes this appointment.
Patrick Seghin expresses his gratitude to the Damartex team and its shareholder for the trust placed in them during his mandate. He says he is proud of the company's growth and international impact.
