Dassault Systèmes strengthens Centric Software with the acquisition of Contentserv
Dassault Systèmes announced that its subsidiary Centric Software has acquired Contentserv for €220 million. Founded in Germany, Contentserv offers a cloud platform for product information and experience management (PXM), optimizing the creation and management of product data. This acquisition is intended to enrich Centric Software's offering in the field of product lifecycle management (PLM).
Contentserv is proven to reduce time to market by 30% and improve data reliability by 75%. Integrating Contentserv into Centric will enable brands to more effectively transform product data into engaging and commercial experiences.
