DATA MODUL AG Reports Decline in Q3 2024 Sales and Earnings

DATA MODUL AG has announced a decline in sales and earnings for the third quarter of 2024, compared to the same period in the previous year. The decrease is attributed to a strained market situation. Preliminary figures indicate a 69% reduction in EBIT, amounting to EUR 2.1 million, down from EUR 6.8 million last year. Sales fell by approximately 21%, totaling EUR 57.7 million, compared to EUR 72.7 million in Q3 2023. Additionally, bookings dropped by 20%, reaching EUR 49.1 million from EUR 61.3 million.

Based on these results, DATA MODUL has adjusted its full-year 2024 guidance. Expectations now project a 15% to 25% decline in orders received and sales, and a 40% to 60% drop in EBIT, compared to 2023 levels.
