DATAGROUP Reaches Upper Revenue Guidance for FY 2023/2024

DATAGROUP SE reported a 6.0% increase in total revenue for FY 2023/2024, reaching EUR 527.6 million, aligning with the upper end of its guidance. The company's core business, CORBOX, remains a key growth driver. In Q4 alone, revenue surged by 14.8% year-on-year, with organic growth at roughly 8.0%.

Operating earnings reflected this growth, with an EBIT of EUR 45.8 million, and an EBIT margin of 8.7%. Investment in future technologies like cyber security and AI contributed to these results. New customer contracts and cross-selling brought in additional revenue of EUR 50 million, setting a record for the company.

Despite increased net debt due to three acquisitions, DATAGROUP's cash flow remained solid. These financial maneuvers, combined with a strategic package to boost shareholder value, including a proposed share buyback, aim to enhance the company's market position.
