DATAGROUP SE Eyes Growth in Upcoming Fiscal Year

DATAGROUP SE, a leading German IT service company, shared an optimistic forecast for the fiscal year 2023/2024 during its Annual General Meeting in Pliezhausen on March 14, 2024. The company announced a rise in its dividend to EUR 1.50 per share and anticipates revenue between EUR 510-530 million. This projection includes effects from organic and inorganic growth, as well as a slight reduction in revenue from legacy contracts.

EBITDA is expected to range between EUR 77-81 million, with EBIT forecasted at EUR 43-46 million. These figures account for around EUR 6 million in investments towards future growth areas, notably artificial intelligence, cloud services, and cyber security. The company also highlighted its prosperous core business, CORBOX, along with the acquisition of other companies as key growth pillars.

Further enhancing its strategic position, DATAGROUP has made two acquisitions in the current fiscal year and maintains a pipeline of prospective candidates for takeover. The company's emphasis on sustainability was also evident through the presentation of its Sustainability Report 2024, underscoring commitments in environmental, social, and corporate governance. Looking ahead, DATAGROUP is confident in its business model and has intensified investor relations to bolster share liquidity and attract a broader investor base.
