Dateline contests the media's portrayal of the situation, noting that it does not fully account for the historical context regarding valid existing rights at the Colosseum Project, nor does it align with the company's views. Dateline maintains that its activities at the project are proceeding as planned, adhering to its Plan of Operations and existing rights.

The company stated that it will continue to track developments closely and keep its shareholders informed. The board has authorized this release.
