Dateline Resources Refocuses on Colosseum Project Amid Asset Sale

Dateline Resources Limited has sold its Udu Copper Project in Fiji to Viva Metals Pty Ltd, allowing the company to concentrate on the Colosseum Gold and Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in California. This strategic move bolsters Dateline's core focus while Viva Metals commits to Fiji's mining sector advancement.

Under the sale agreement, Dateline will receive cash, equity, and future milestone payments. These include $250,000 USD immediately, $650,000 USD upon Viva Metals achieving an ASX listing, and up to $2 million USD in milestone payments tied to the Udu Project's progress.

Funds from the sale will support the Colosseum Project, aiding its Bankable Feasibility Study and exploration of REE deposits. With backing from high-profile endorsements, including a mention by President Trump, Dateline is poised to become a significant player in U.S. critical mineral supply chains.
