DBT: Half-year results and outlook for 2025
DBT, a specialist in electric mobility, has published its results for the first half of 2025, reporting a 30% decrease in revenue to €3,813,000. This decline is linked to a strategic shift towards fast charging stations. Despite this drop, the gross margin improved thanks to changes in the product mix. Added value increased by 51%, reaching €528,000, while EBIT and net income fell to -€3,089,000 and -€2,714,000, respectively.
For the remainder of the year, DBT forecasts revenue of €7 million, driven by the expansion of its R3 network with 120 hubs expected. The overall electric vehicle market, despite a slight decline, is showing signs of optimism with a record number of electric company vehicle registrations in September. DBT therefore anticipates consolidating its network and expanding it in 2026.
