Declaration of shares and voting rights as of 31.08.2024

As of August 31, 2024, the capital of IDI, a listed investment company, stands at 7,188,633 shares. The total number of gross voting rights is 12,600,239. After deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, the total number of net voting rights amounts to 12,545,000.

This declaration is part of the legal and regulatory obligations according to article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code as well as articles 221-1 and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
