Paris, September 30, 2024 – SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced the declaration of its share buybacks.
The transactions were carried out in compliance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
On September 24, 2024, the company purchased 8 shares at an average price of EUR 8.35 each. On September 25, 2024, 25 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 8.40 per share. Finally, on September 27, 2024, SCBSM repurchased 48 shares at an average price of EUR 8.50 per share.
All these transactions took place on the XPAR market, under the ISIN code FR0006239109.
