Declaration of transactions in own shares by SQLI
On July 22, 2024, SQLI Digital Experience announced the repurchases of its own shares carried out in accordance with article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions concern several dates.
On July 26, 2024, SQLI acquired 66 shares at an average price of 41.9333 euros on the Euronext market. On July 25, 2024, 67 shares were repurchased at an average of 41.7672 euros. On July 24, 2024, 65 shares were purchased for 41 euros on average. On July 23, 2024, 61 shares were acquired at 41.6 euros and, finally, on July 22, 2024, 65 shares were repurchased at an average price of 42 euros.
