Declaration of transactions in own shares carried out from June 4 to 7, 2024 by Olympique Lyonnais Groupe

The Olympique Lyonnais Group has communicated the details of the transactions on its own shares carried out between June 4 and 7, 2024. The operations were part of the company's share buyback program.

For each trading day, the volume and the weighted average acquisition price were specified. On June 4, 244 shares were acquired at an average price of 2.19959 euros. On June 5, 436 shares were bought back at 2.20009 euros per unit. On June 6 and 7, volumes were 120 and 441 shares respectively, with respective average prices of 2.19 and 2.20 euros.

In total, 1,241 shares were repurchased over this period, at an overall average price of 2.20 euros per share. These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market, compartment C.
