Deezer Announces Half-Year Update on Liquidity Contract with BNP Paribas
Paris, 9 July 2024 – Deezer (Paris Euronext: DEEZR) has released its half-year report on their liquidity contract with Exane BNP Paribas, effective from July 5, 2022. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account holds 137,117 shares and 301,897 euros in cash.
The report details transactions executed between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024. On the buy side, 89,747 shares were acquired for 181,416 euros through 414 transactions. On the sell side, 84,960 shares were sold for 175,251 euros through 471 transactions.
At the end of the previous half-year period on December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 132,810 shares and 301,314 euros in cash. Initially, the contract began with no shares and 800,000 euros in cash on the liquidity account.
