DÉKUPLE announces three new collective share retention commitments

Paris, May 22, 2024 - ADLPartner SA, parent company of the DÉKUPLE Group, announced the conclusion of three collective share retention commitments by shareholders of the Vigneron family group. These commitments are made in accordance with article 787 B of the General Tax Code.

Signed on May 22, 2024, these commitments have a duration of two years with automatic monthly renewal. The pacts concern respectively 69.67% and 71.27% of the company's capital, as well as 80.49% and 82.35% of the voting rights.

Among the signatories, we find Claire Vigneron-Brunel, Isabelle Vigneron-Laurioz and Bertrand Laurioz, all members of management or the board. The company Sogespa and Philippe Vigneron, holding at least 5% of the capital, are also among the signatories.
