Delivery Hero Reports Strong Q2 and H1 2024 Results

Delivery Hero SE announced robust financial results for Q2 and H1 2024. The company achieved a 7% global GMV growth year-on-year (YoY) in Q2, with a notable 23% growth outside Asia. Total Segment Revenue rose by 20% YoY in Q2 2024, driven by increases in order volume and the expansion of its AdTech and Dmart businesses.

The company reported an Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 240 million and reached Free Cash Flow break-even in H1 2024. The CEO, Niklas Östberg, expressed confidence in continued profitability and growth in H2 2024. Delivery Hero plans to list its talabat business on the Dubai Financial Market in Q4 2024.

Marie-Anne Popp, interim CFO, highlighted the company’s successful financial strategy leading to strong topline growth and disciplined capital allocation. Delivery Hero sustained stable cash development and maintained a liquidity position of EUR 1.8 billion by the end of H1 2024.
