Delta Plus Group records a drop in turnover in the first quarter of 2024
Delta Plus Group, specialist in personal protective equipment, experienced a 10.7% decrease in its turnover in the first quarter of 2024, standing at 95.9 million euros. After adjusting for 2023 figures linked to activities in Argentina, the decline remains at -8.7%.
Several factors explain this decline. The context was marked by an unfavorable base effect, a negative impact of exchange rates and a price drop initiated in 2023. These elements contributed to a general contraction of the group's activity in all regions.
Organic revenue growth, at constant scope and exchange rates, also fell by 4.2%. However, signs of growth were seen in South America and the Middle East, partly offsetting declines in Asia and North America.
