DenkerWulf Places Order with Nordex Group for Almost 40 MW in Germany
Hamburg/Sehestedt, 4 July 2024. At the end of June, DenkerWulf, a leading German onshore wind farm developer, ordered seven N149/5.X turbines from the Nordex Group. This order includes a 20-year premium service for maintenance.
The turbines will be used in the 39.9 MW Waabs wind farm near Eckernförde, Schleswig-Holstein. Nordex will start supplying the turbines, each with a nominal output of 5.7 MW, from spring 2025.
Karsten Brüggemann, Vice President Region Central of Nordex Group, stated: "We are pleased with DenkerWulf's continued trust in our technology. Contributing to the sustainable energy landscape makes us proud."
Torsten Levsen, CEO of DenkerWulf, added: "The deal flow with Nordex allows us to finalize contracts efficiently. This benefits our goal of optimizing projects and processes."
