Derichebourg Discloses Share Buybacks in December 2024
Derichebourg has announced its trading activity concerning the company's own shares from December 9th to December 13th, 2024. This activity follows the guidelines outlined in article 5 §2 of UE regulation n°596/2014. The primary aim of these purchases is share cancellation.
On December 11th, the company executed three transactions involving its shares, identified by the code FR0000053381. A total of 4,223 shares were purchased across three different markets. The weighted average price for these transactions was approximately €4.9953.
Details of these transactions include a purchase of 847 shares on market CCXE, 476 shares on TQEX, and 2,900 shares on XPAR. Each transaction aimed to optimize the share structure of the company.
