Derichebourg Reports Share Repurchase Activity in September 2025
On September 15th, 2025, Derichebourg announced its share repurchase activities conducted between September 8th and September 12th, 2025. The company pursued these buybacks under the conditions of article 5 §2 of regulation (UE) n°596/2014, aiming at share cancellation.
