Deutsche Bank to Issue New Capital Instruments

Deutsche Bank AG has announced plans to issue Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital instruments. This move aims to enhance the bank's Tier 1 leverage ratio and meet solvency requirements under the Pillar 1 and 2 frameworks. The first call date for these instruments is set for October 30, 2030, and they will be issued in benchmark size.

Authorized by the 2022 Annual General Meeting, these securities will be issued without pre-emptive rights for shareholders. Their denominations will be €200,000 each, with Deutsche Bank acting as the sole bookrunner for the placement.

The securities remain unregistered under the Securities Act of 1933 and will be issued under "Regulation S." As such, they cannot be offered, sold, or delivered within the United States without proper registration or exemption.
