Deutsche Beteiligungs AG Appoints Sigrid Rosemeyer as Managing Director for Investor Relations

Frankfurt/Main, 30 July 2024. Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) has appointed Sigrid Rosemeyer as Managing Director to strengthen its Investor Relations unit. This restructured department will include Fund Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Marketing. The company aims to enhance its communication with the market and solidify its role as a key financing partner for mid-sized companies.

Sigrid Rosemeyer brings extensive experience from Merrill Lynch and Helaba Invest, where she established strong ties with institutional clients. Her last role was Managing Director at Capital Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of German institutional investors.

Tom Alzin, Spokesman of the Board of Management, praised her strategic expertise, stating that it would further strengthen DBAG's network with fund investors. Jannick Hunecke, Board Member, highlighted the strategic importance of this repositioning in response to the dynamic private capital market.
