Deutsche EuroShop's Steady Growth in H1 2026 Amid Economic Challenges
Deutsche EuroShop SE reported a positive operational performance in the first half of 2026, with a revenue increase of 1.5% to €133.3 million. Despite a challenging consumer environment and geopolitical uncertainties, the company confirmed its financial forecast for the year. Property values also showed an upward trend.
Tenant turnover in shopping centers increased by 2.4%, yet visitor footfall fell by 1.3%. The occupancy rate remained nearly stable at 95.4%. The company's net operating income rose by 1.6% to €104.9 million, and EBIT was up 1.4% to €105.4 million.
The shift to Deutsche EuroShop SE marked a successful legal restructuring. The company reaffirmed its full-year forecast with expected revenues between €269 to €277 million. The Main-Taunus-Zentrum highlighted sustainable growth, receiving a DGNB Gold certificate.
