Dexus Finance Pty Limited Announces New Non-Executive Director

Dexus Finance Pty Limited officially announced the appointment of Peeyush Gupta AM as an independent non-executive director to the Dexus Funds Management Limited (DXFM) Board, effective from 24 April 2024. This announcement was made through an ASX release on the same date.

Peeyush Gupta brings a broad range of experience to the board, including previous roles in financial services, property, insurance, government, and technology sectors. Notably, Gupta co-founded and was the CEO of IPAC Securities, a distinguished wealth management company. He also holds multiple non-executive director roles across various organizations including SBS, Great Southern Bank, and NSW Cancer Council among others.

Warwick Negus, Chair of the DXFM Board, expressed enthusiasm about Gupta's addition, highlighting his extensive experience in technology and financial services. The appointment is part of Dexus’s commitment to enhancing board diversity through varied skills and experiences. Gupta is slated to stand for election at Dexus’s next Annual General Meeting on 30 October 2024.
