Dexus Finance Pty Limited reported its annual results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The company met its guidance with AFFO of 45.0 cents per security and distributions of 37.0 cents per security. Statutory net profit after tax stood at $136.1 million, compared to a net loss in the previous year, largely due to stabilized capitalisation rates.

Dexus maintained a strong portfolio occupancy with 92.3% in their office segment and 96.2% in industrial spaces. The company highlighted significant progress in its sustainability efforts, maintaining net zero emissions across Scope 1 and 2. Gearing was reported at 31.7%, in line with target ranges. They have secured $3.9 billion in real asset transactions and raised significant funds for investments like Powerco.

Looking ahead, Dexus remains optimistic about capitalizing on market improvements, expecting AFFO of 44.5-45.5 cents per security for FY26.
