Discovery Energy Metals Corp., a Canadian exploration company, has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,000,000. The offering consisted of 10,000,000 units priced at $0.10 each. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.15, valid for 24 months.

The funds will be used for general working capital and property exploration.
